Pay Your Chapter Dues

The chapter normally will electronically invoice members at the beginning of each fraternal year to submit their chapter (and national) dues.

• Gamma Phi Lambda chapter dues for all Brothers in the chapter are $250 per year

• National Alpha Phi Alpha dues are $150 per year for Alumni brothers ($0 for Life Members of the Fraternity)

You can pay both sets of dues to Gamma Phi Lambda and we'll process each on your behalf. Or, if you prefer, you can pay your chapter dues directly to Gamma Phi Lambda and your national dues directly to Alpha HQ. If you choose the latter, please note that National Dues (Grand Tax) are due by November 15 every year. Brothers should pay this online via Alpha MX. Chapter dues should be paid by December 31 every year.

Here are the ways Gamma Phi Lambda accepts dues:

• In person – Write your check to Alpha Phi Alpha, Gamma Phi Lambda Chapter and bring your check with you to the monthly General Membership meeting.

• By mail – Write your check to Alpha Phi Alpha, Gamma Phi Lambda Chapter and mail your check to:
  Gamma Phi Lambda Chapter, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., P.O. Box 1285, Alameda, CA 94501.

• Online methods

  • Use Zelle and remit your payment to finsecgpl@gmail.com. Please note, you will see our Financial Secretary's name, Bro. Vincent Nicholes as the ultimate recipient. While this Zelle account belongs to the chapter, Zelle requires an actual person’s name to be associated with any account.

  • Use PayPal to remit your payment finsecgpl@gmail.com. There is a PayPal fee associated with this form of payment. Learn more about using PayPal here.

Reimbursement

Brothers who need to be reimbursed for an approved Gamma Phi Lambda chapter expense should fill out the Reimbursement Form here - https://forms.gle/xbYkpKixEXbGrvxB8. Requests for reimbursements will be reviewed by the Treasurer and processed accordingly.​
